North Cyprus Flights
Visitors can now get to the TRNC through air and sea ports in the North AND through air and sea ports into the South.
For flights to the North, ERCAN Airport is 7 miles ( 12km) east of Lefkosa and only 25mins drive from Kyrenia. Flights have to pass through turkey however linked flights by Kibris Turkish Airlines and Turkish Airlines make flights easy to organize. Daily flights from many mainland Turkish Cities , as well as flights from Europe , make travel from overseas easy.
Ferry boats from the Turkish mainland ports of Mersin and Antalya also serve both Kyrenia and Famagusta while Famagusta also acts as the main deep sea port for the North.
The opening of the border to EEC now makes travel to the North simple and rapid.
